so i didnt get the freeman-asia scholarship to study abroad. somehow, i need $ 3,000 to get to hong kong. i guess i have to get a summer job for sure now. damn.

who's gonna hire me when im only in the bay for like...2 months? if i dont get a job i have no idea what im gonna be doing for 2 months.

possibilities for summer:
1. read a lot
2. play tennis with jennifer
3. run at the marina 3x/week
4. summer school at chabot
5. learn how to work photoshop, make a portfolio
6. practice painting & drawing
7. get a stupid job.
8. get a nonexistent internship at this point in time
9. take care of nelson
10. learn how to cook (better)
11. visit more places around the bay
12. learn how to drive (better)
13. teach myself mandarin before learning it in hong kong. watch more chinese movies.
