paul and i went to the getty today. it was really nice because the skies were cleared up from the rain yesterday so we could actually see the ocean. there was a surprising amount of people there today and i was really excited about this degas exhibit but it was disapointing. there were maybe 10 paintings in this small room. i really liked this one. its called "waiting." this painting is filled with so much tension and i like the contrast between the woman in black and the white ballerina. i want to go to the met in new york!!!! theres so much amazing work there. maybe sometime in the near future. ::hopeful:: afterwards, paul took me to chilli's and i had this really good chicken fajita pita. paul ordered a steak that looked pretty good too. the end.
